I am a Sales Consultant for my clients and for Re/Max Southland Realty II in Garner, North Carolina. I provide "old fashioned" service while helping you through the complex tasks involved with either buying or selling real estate. We met Danny by chance while viewing homes in the Clayton/Cleveland area and after several conversations, asked him to be our buyer's agent.
Within two weeks of meeting Danny, we found the home we wanted located in Summerset Place. Danny was instrumental in helping us negotiate an effective offer and in writing the contract. Since our house wasn't finished when we found it, there was a bit more foot work involve in getting to the closing.
Along the way Danny made himself available to the multitude of questions and phone calls we had and when issues were encountered, he quickly worked to resolve them with our best interest in mind.

I WAS A FIRST TIME HOME BUYER....SO I DID NOT HAVE MANY EXPECTATIONS. I WAS VERY NERVOUS AND HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO DO AND WHEN TO DO IT! DANNY MADE THE HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE VERY ENJOYABLE!! IT WAS STRESS FREE AND I FELT THAT DANNY WENT OVER AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. MY HUSBAND AND I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK TO DANNY THE NEXT TIME WE DECIDE TO MOVE.

We went with Danny because he showed us a house that we were interested in buying. We did not buy that first house, but bought the third one. He was more than willing to pursue any question or concern we had in a very professional manner and to show every available option on the market in your desired location. Danny exceeded every expectation we could of had for a realtor, he was very open and honest. My husband and I have both purchased and sold a home through Danny and Sandra. When we were looking for a home, they took time to show us several that we wanted to see, and got us whatever additional information we requested. They were very honest with us about how the home buying experience would be; they also had numerous contacts on the mortgage side of things; their assistance to us was invaluable, and the contracting and closing went very smoothly. When it came time to sell our old home, we didn't have to worry about much then either; they made great suggestions as to how to list the property; there was a contract on the home within about 60 days of the initial listing, and closing of that property went smoothly as well. My husband and I met Danny while looking at a new neighborhood he was covering on Sunday afternoon. Danny was very knowledgeable about the area and was willing to take me around to several different home one day a few weeks later. He listened to what I wanted and found us the perfect house. Because he was such a go getter, we chose him to sell the house we were currently living in. Although the house did not sell, Danny did everything in his power to help us get it sold. He also gave us continued updates and advice along the way which we really appreciated. We will use Danny again in the future, I am sure of it.
