Most of my time has been spent in the Wake and Johnston County areas of North Carolina and I have extensive experience in the area of new home sales. The experience I have gained over these past years has given me the expertise to work with buyers and sellers from many different areas of the country, in a comfortable manner making everyone feel at ease, during a time that can often be stressful. It is always comforting to know that the person you choose to assist you with one of the most expensive financial transactions you may ever encounter, has the knowledge to help you navigate through these sometimes rough seas. As a result of being in this local market for so many years, I also have many other professional contacts that will also help make the transition to a new home much easier.
